These Terms govern the use of Mauritius AI Network, including application submissions, profile publication, organizational participation, and interaction with the platform.

1. Platform Purpose
The Mauritius AI Network is a curated ecosystem platform designed to structure AI capability visibility, support professional discoverability, and facilitate ecosystem coordination within the Republic of Mauritius.
Institutional Clarification:
This platform is not a public social network, an unmoderated directory, or an open forum. It is a professionally governed registry focused on verified AI-related profiles and organizational listings.
2. Application & Profile Review
All applications submitted to the platform undergo an internal review process. Submission of an application or profile does not guarantee acceptance or public publication within the Mauritius AI Network directory.
Mauritius AI Network reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any submission at its sole discretion
- Request modifications to profile information for clarity or professional alignment
- Unpublish or remove profiles to maintain network integrity
- Suspend organizational participation if standards are not met
3. Profile Accuracy & Responsibility
Applicants and organizations are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, lawful, and current. By submitting content, you represent that you hold the necessary rights to all materials, descriptions, and external links provided.
False, misleading, or fraudulent submissions may result in immediate rejection, profile removal, and permanent suspension from the platform.
4. Public Profile Visibility
Approved profiles may become publicly visible within the Mauritius AI Network directory. Public information may include names, professional headlines, organizational affiliations, technical capabilities, and approved portfolio links.
Publication occurs only after successful internal review. Unpublished submissions, drafts, or rejected applications are not intentionally disclosed to the public.
5. Privacy & Data Handling
The collection, processing, storage, and handling of submitted information are strictly governed by the Mauritius AI Network Privacy Policy, in alignment with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017.
Users consent to internal review and processing of their data upon submission, understanding that approved information is intended for professional discoverability.
6. Profile Modification & Removal
Members and organizations maintain the right to request corrections, modifications, or complete removal of their profiles. Mauritius AI Network reserves the right to review and process such requests internally to ensure ecosystem continuity.

7. Intellectual Property
Applicants retain ownership of all original materials submitted. However, by submitting information for publication, you grant Mauritius AI Network a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display approved content (including logos, images, and biographies) within the platform's directory and promotional materials.
8. Acceptable Use
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Submitting misleading, offensive, or fraudulent information.
- Impersonating other organizations or individuals.
- Uploading unlawful, harmful, or technically disruptive content.
- Misusing the platform for spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
9. Third-Party Links
The platform contains links to external websites, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolios. Mauritius AI Network does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of external third-party services.
10. Platform Modifications
Mauritius AI Network reserves the right to modify platform features, update verification processes, and revise these Terms periodically to reflect operational improvements or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Mauritius AI Network operates as an ecosystem discovery platform. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, partnerships, or commercial opportunities resulting from profile publication. The initiative is not liable for individual collaborations or agreements initiated through the platform.
